Terms and Conditions for Total Driving Last Updated: [01/06/2026]
1. Introduction Welcome to Total Driving. By using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.
2. Nature of Our Service Total Driving is an online directory and lead-generation platform. We do not employ driving instructors, nor do we provide driving lessons. Our platform simply facilitates introductions between learner drivers and independent driving schools or instructors.
3. Terms for Learner Drivers
- No Liability: Any contract for driving tuition is strictly between you (the learner) and the independent driving instructor. Total Driving accepts no liability for the quality of lessons, financial disputes, vehicle safety, or any incidents that occur during your training.
- Verification: While we make every effort to verify that instructors displaying the “Verified ADI” badge hold a valid Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) licence, it is your ultimate responsibility to ask to see the instructor’s green ADI badge before getting into their vehicle.
4. Terms for Driving Instructors
- Accuracy of Information: By creating or claiming a profile, you agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information regarding your pricing, availability, and qualifications.
- ADI Status: You must be a legally registered UK ADI (or a legally operating PDI) to use our platform. We reserve the right to suspend or remove any profile that misrepresents its legal teaching status.
- Subscriptions: Premium features (Pro and Elite tiers) require an ongoing subscription. You may cancel your subscription at any time, at which point your profile will revert to a basic, unclaimed status at the end of your billing cycle. Total Driving does not take any commission from your lesson fees.
5. Acceptable Use Users must not use this website in any way that causes damage to the website or impairs the availability or accessibility of the directory. Spamming contact forms with unsolicited marketing will result in an immediate IP ban.
6. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
